Threemail has a setup and get started cost and then you only pay for what you send.  So forget subscription fees or monthly fees – this is pay-as-you go marketing.

The get started cost of producing an e-newsletter including the development, customisation and set up of the account is AUD $1500. (GST inc).

What’s included in the setup and get started fee:

• Your very own professional e-newsletter template: This will be graphic designed and coded in-line with your existing website design and branding to maintain consistency.  The template will allow you to easily add/edit articles and images. You will be provided with mock ups and given the opportunity to provide feedback throughout the design process (i.e. 2 ‘rounds’ of changes).

• Links and info:  The template will include connections to Social Media platforms, subscribe forms, ‘view in my browser links’ and all that good stuff.

• Migration to Threemail: We will upload your initial subscriber lists for you and you will be provided with a log in to access details 24/7.

• Integrations with website opt in/subscription box  – we will provide the code for the subscription forms to be added or updated on your website to automatically manage sign-ups.

• Customisation of the subscription process: We will setup website redirects, confirmation emails, preference content.

• Initial template spam check: To ensure email program compatibility.

• Automatic archive of all e-newsletters: We will provide the code to add your newsletters on a designated page/section of your website.

• Training/User Guide: You will receive a customised User Guide on how to use Threemail and access campaign reports and statistics along with 1 hr training over the phone or onsite at our office.

If you require additional templates, training or items not covered above – a specific quote will be provided for you/your business based on your requirements.

 Ongoing costs to use threemail

There is no ongoing cost to maintain an account, and there is no subscription fee and no contracts or minimum sign up periods.

Threemail is based on a pay-as-you-go system where you only pay for the number of emails that you send – if you don’t send anything in a month – you won’t pay anything.

The simple pricing structure includes two costs:  a per campaign fee and a per subscriber fee.

Costs (after setup):

1. $20.00 per email campaign distributed – a campaign is a newsletter or notice sent to your subscriber lists to more than 5 people.
2. 4 cents per active email subscriber that the e-newsletter is sent to per campaign.

Example:

You have a list with 800 active subscribers (people that have opted in to receive information and haven’t previously unsubscribed or bounced).  You send an email newsletter once every few months to this list.

$20.00 (send fee) + 800 (active subscribers) x $0.04c (per active subscriber fee) = $52

Yoy won’t pay for bounced, deleted or supressed subscribers.

Is it worth it?

Compare the costs above to the time and costs involved in sending a print newsletter or even creating a PDF or word doc newsletter and sending as an attachment on your email.  Then divide that by the with the amount of newsletters that don’t get read or never get past SPAM filters. Then multiply this by what your time is worth where you could be doing other things
